Group Chief Executive Officer, Home Credit Group
Joined Home Credit in October 2006
Mr. Labak joined Home Credit in October 2006 and he is responsible for Home Credit operations both in Europe and Asia. Before joining Home Credit, Mr. Labak held executive positions at leading financial services companies such as MasterCard Europe where he served as President, and Deutsche Bank where he was Chief Marketing Officer. Mr. Labak developed a strong consumer focus whilst working at Johnson & Johnson and Henkel and throughout his career has had European and global business responsibilities complemented by direct operating market experience in the United States, Canada, Germany, Italy, Belgium and Austria.
Mr. Labak received his MBA from the Wharton Business School and a PhD from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.
Group Chief Executive Officer, Home Credit Asia
Joined Home Credit in July 2006
Mr. Vyhnalek joined Home Credit in July 2006 and served as a member of the Executive Committee and was the Group Executive Officer of Home Credit Europe responsible for Group Risk, Operations and Business Development. As of 1 July 2011, Mr. Vyhnalek became Group Chief Executive Officer at Home Credit Asia. Mr. Vyhnalek has spent more than 19 years in the banking and consumer finance business. Before joining Home Credit Group, he held various positions such as marketing, sales, commercial loan underwriter, regional branch manager, mortgage banking manager and a range of risk management positions when working for renowned financial institutions, such as CSOB and GE Consumer Finance.
Mr. Vyhnalek received his Master’s Degree at the Agricultural University, Brno, Czech Republic. He completed the Management Development Courses at the GE Development Centre, Crontonville which focused on banking trends in Europe and the Czech Republic.
Group Chief Finance Officer, Home Credit Asia
Joined Home Credit in October 2006
Mr. Minol has been working with Home Credit China since 2006, acting as Legal Representative and Deputy Country Manager, later also as Home Credit China´s CFO.
On 1 July 2011 Mr. Minol also became the Group Chief Finance Officer at Home Credit Asia. Prior to that he was the finance manager for PPF Group (2003-2006) and also had 5 years’ experience in Financial Auditing in KPMG Czech Republic.
Mr. Minol has a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Economics, Prague, Czech Republic and also has the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) certificate, obtained in 2001.
Group Chief Risk Officer, Home Credit Asia
Joined Home Credit in November 2006
Ms. Stumpfova was appointed as Group Chief Risk Officer of Home Credit Asia in July 2011. She joined Home Credit in 2006, and in 2007 she led the Risk Management team at Home Credit & Finance Bank in Moscow. She was then appointed Head of Credit Review at the Group level in 2008. Prior to joining Home Credit, Ms. Stumpfova was a Retail Credit Risk Manager at Bawag Bank in Prague and before that she had a number of different executive roles at GE Capital in Prague, where she worked for seven years.
Ms. Stumpfova studied mathematical engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague and has a Master of Science degree in Mathematics from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia in the US.
Group Chief HR Officer, Home Credit Group
Joined Home Credit in October 2010
Ms. Razimova‘s experience includes various managerial positions in the HR area with Philip Morris International in the Czech Republic, Switzerland and the UK. Prior to joining Home Credit Group, she worked as a Senior HR Manager at GE Money Bank.
Ms. Razimova has a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Economics, Prague, Czech Republic.
Group Chief Legal Officer, Home Credit Group
Joined Home Credit in May 2007
Mr. Rozehnal joined Home Credit from Linklaters, the international law firm, where he worked as an associate and later as an advocate for more than seven years advising major multinational and Czech corporations on M&A projects and corporate law. As Chief Legal Officer, Mr. Rozehnal is responsible for Home Credit Group’s legal organization and all Home Credit Group’s legal operations, including M&A projects. He was appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors of Home Credit International a.s., in October 2009 and was appointed to his current role as Chairman in June 2011.
Mr. Rozehnal graduated from the Charles University in Prague where he received a Master’s Degree from the Law Faculty.
