The expansion of the Home Credit brand in Asia continues the successful development of the business in Europe with operations in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan (www.homecredit.eu), having been established in the Czech Republic in 1997 by PPF Group (www.ppf.eu).

In Europe, Home Credit has developed a distinctive, multi-channel low and variable cost distribution network, comprised of 62,063 points-of-sale and 517 branches, as well as 2,921 post offices as of 30 June 2011, together with other channels such as direct mail, Internet and telemarketing. At 30 June 2011, Home Credit in Europe has an extensive proprietary customer database of 26 million customers covering a third of all households in Russia and in the Czech Republic and employs 16.5 thousand people. Home Credit B.V. sold a 100% stake in PJSC "Home Credit Bank" (Ukraine) to Platinum Bank on 31 January 2011. From thatmoment,PJSC "Home Credit Bank" (Ukraine) is fully controlled by Platinum Bank and Home Credit B.V. withdrew its Ukrainian bankingfranchise.

In Asia, Home Credit arrived in 2004 and now operates in China, Vietnam, India and is building a new business in Indonesia. Home Credit China, which opened a representative office in Beijing in 2004 and launched operations in the Guangdong Province in 2007, has a broad distribution network thanks to its relationships with key nationwide retailers and local shop owners and its 11,114 strong network of its own point of sale outlets. We are also the first non-banking organization to be fully capitalized and solely owned by a foreign investor. In Vietnam the Home Credit brand started operations in May 2009 and provides pay-by-instalment loans for motorbikes and consumer durable goods through 1,237 outlets and by offering cash loans to selected clients. In India Home Credit launched pilot operations in New Delhi and National Capital Region in January 2012.
Notes: Home Credit in Europe, organized under the Home Credit B.V. holding company, and Home Credit in Asia, organized within the HC Asia N.V. holding company, PPF Vietnam Finance Company Ltd. and Home Credit Consumer Finance (China) Co., Ltd. are separate entities, with separate balance sheets. They share only the Home Credit brand and Home Credit´s specific business model. Their principal beneficiary is PPF Group N.V., the leading investment and financial group in Central and Eastern Europe.
